An Exciting Team Leader position has just bee created for an experience technically hands on Team Leader to join a development function in West Yorkshire. The role is for a Team Leader with hands on full project experience and you duties will include: managing a team of 3+, developing time and development plans, delivering on project targets, liaising with clients and senior hierarchy through to project delivery, technical development and maintenance where required and taking responsibility for your specific project goal and delivering on the timescales outlined.
You will have a strong technical background and will have solid experience developing in a .Net framework and have experience with a range of tools and applications within this area. The ideal candidate will have work flow tools experience such as Flow suite and singularity and also be exposed to Agile and/ or DSDM development methodologies.
This is a both rewarding and challenging role for the successful applicant and comes with a clear career path as well as an excellent benefits package – starting with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, contribution pension scheme, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and flexible working hours.
